Job summary

Commercial Insurance Associates, LLC is seeking a Junior Account Executive in Brentwood, TN, training to become an Account Executive. The role will handle new and existing client accounts with support from a Producer and Account Executive, and will focus on growing the book of business and strengthening client relationships.

Essential duties include client management, assisting with renewals, preparing proposals, and coordinating with underwriters.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of client management experience on large commercial accounts.
• P&C licensed.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business and build, expand, and solidify relationships with existing clients.
• Secure existing business and drive the sale of additional services and coverage levels.
• Cultivate relationships with senior buyers and day-to-day client representatives.
• Provide expedited turnaround time for client and team requests and deliver exemplary service.
• Review policy summaries and assess coverages; propose improvements.
• Coordinate bind order with Producer and underwriter for binding coverage.
• Assist with marketing new and renewal accounts.
• Prepare information for supplemental applications and follow policies and procedures.
• Assist in creating proposals to present to clients.
• Attend training, meetings and events as required.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
