Qualifications

• 4+ years of client management experience on large commercial accounts.
• P&C licensed.

Responsibilities

• Meet deadlines and maintain attention to detail while communicating professionally.
• Renewals and new business processes including quoting and gathering information from clients and carriers.
• Assist with training new Client Service staff and support the producer to bind coverage with carriers.
• Verify endorsements and certificates of insurance using CSR24.
• Abate claims by filing with carriers and informing insureds of status and renewal impact.
• Review audits and endorsements for accuracy, file disputes when needed.
• Analyze policies for coverage gaps and propose resolutions.
• Drive additional services and lines of coverage to existing clients.
• Build relationships with underwriters and market new business.
• Maintain documentation in Epic, CSR24, and Indio workflows.
