Job summary

Marsh Risk in Austin, TX is seeking an Account Representative to provide seasoned support to client and account executives, reviewing insurance contracts and responding to client inquiries. This hybrid role requires at least three days in the office weekly.

You will strengthen relationships with clients and client teams, drive growth and retention through exceptional service, and administer renewal tasks to ensure client needs are met on time.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in account management or related field.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen and maintain relationships with clients and client teams to provide best-in-class service and drive growth and retention.
• Administer routine renewal tasks to ensure client needs are met timely and accurately.
• Monitor and report the status of client deliverables and outstanding items.
• Collaborate with Operations and Business to ensure timely delivery of policies, endorsements, audits, extensions, and cancellations.
• Coordinate onboarding activities for new clients with the Client Onboarding team to ensure a smooth transition.
• Respond to difficult client questions and requests, seeking assistance from front office colleagues as needed.
