Job summary

Relation Insurance Inc. seeks an Account Coordinator to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and execution of policy documents, renewals, and day-to-day servicing requests.

You will be the primary contact for administrative tasks related to clients’ policies and stay current on insurance products and industry trends. You will collaborate with the Account Management Team to provide recommendations on coverage changes, assist with renewals, and maintain high standards of documentation and client

Qualifications

• Must have a Property & Casualty license and maintain it.
• AINS and/or CISR are preferred designations.
• High school diploma required; four-year degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves as initial client contact and coordinates coverage changes with Account Management.
• Researches and resolves routine client issues.
• Maintains accurate client files and communications per workflow and best practices.
• Assists remarketing renewals and prepares proposals as directed by the Account Manager.
• Reviews carrier policies for accuracy and handles endorsements/applications.
• Ensures prompt carrier responses for claim settlements.
• Reviews audits and communicates significant differences to clients.
• Reviews cancellation requests to retain clients while protecting company interests.
• Keeps up with industry trends and new products to improve service.
• Adopts innovative technology, including AI solutions, to enhance service quality.
• Performs special projects as assigned.
