Job summary

Relation Insurance Services is seeking an Account Coordinator to ensure accurate policy documents and timely renewals, serving as the primary administrative contact for client policies. The role requires staying current with insurance products and industry trends, while leveraging AI tools to enhance service delivery.

Responsibilities include handling client inquiries, assisting in renewal remarketing, and maintaining precise documentation across systems.

Qualifications

• Property and casualty license required and maintained.
• Minimum 3 years of client service experience in the insurance industry with a focus on commercial lines.
• Bilingual Spanish/English a plus or a must in some locations.
• Strong knowledge of commercial lines of coverage and insurance products.

Responsibilities

• Serves as initial point of contact for the client. Monitors client questions and offers coverage-change recommendations with Account Management.
• Identifies, researches and resolves routine client issues.
• Maintains client files with accurate documentation and communicates per company workflow.
• Assists with remarketing renewals and prepares proposals as directed by the Account Manager.
• Reviews policies for accuracy, expedites corrections, and handles endorsements and applications.
• Ensures carriers respond promptly to expedite claim settlements.
• Reviews audits for accuracy and communicates significant differences to the client.
• Reviews cancellation requests to retain clients while protecting company interests.
• Keeps up to date with industry trends and new products; adopts AI solutions in service processes.
• Special projects and other duties as assigned.
