Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Property & Casualty (P&C) Agency license within 60 days of employment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field and 2 years of collective insurance industry experience
• Or 3 years of collective insurance industry experience

Responsibilities

• Reviews and processes policy quotes, issues, changes, renewals, Certificates of Insurance, Motor Vehicle Reports, and other transactions for Property, Inland Marine, Liability, Worker’s Compensation, and Auto Fleet risks
• Works with clients to deliver risk management strategies that fit their risk profiles
• Upsells and cross-sells current customers, as well as selling warm leads to prospective customers
• Recognizes, understands, and responds to the needs of our internal and external customers
• Manages high level relationships with insured while maintaining account integrity and database accuracy
• Provides proactive hospitality in all customer interactions, including phone calls and emails
