Qualifications

• 1 year experience in customer service.
• Flexible rotating schedule between 9:30am – 6:00pm EST Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of calls and emails from policyholders, agents, and internal customers.
• Research and respond to inquiries with initiative and judgment.
• Provide solutions and options to customer needs.
• Use the billing system and other applicable systems effectively.
• Process electronic premium payments from customers.
• Handle various billing transactions including revisions, reinstatements, payment plans, and due date changes.
• Develop understanding of Personal Lines and Commercial Lines insurance.
• Collaborate across systems to service requests and transactions.
• Maintain strong relationships with agents and policyholders.
