Job summary

Foundation Risk Partners in Orange, CA is seeking an Associate Account Manager to handle and process new and renewal commercial lines business and respond to claim inquiries. You will initiate cross-sell opportunities and provide in-house customer service support to commercial lines staff.

Essential duties include data entry, assembling applications for carriers, reviewing policies for accuracy, and maintaining organized files while adhering to E&O guidelines.

Qualifications

• Understanding of commercial lines underwriting, coverages and policy administration.
• Proficient data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong initiative and verbal/written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Input customer applications into the agency management system using carrier rating applications.
• Assemble applications, schedules, loss runs, photos, appraisals, and other docs for carriers.
• Review policies for rating and coverage accuracy; ensure delivery to clients.
• Monitor renewal process and address expiration/renewal needs.
• Respond to client and carrier inquiries regarding certificates and policy docs.
• Maintain suspense system for outstanding orders and follow up on requests.
• Manage carrier interactions and update systems for cancellations/ reinstatements.
• Handle routine correspondence between carriers, agency, and insured clients.
• Maintain familiarity with agency E&O guidelines and up-to-date records.
