Job summary

Foundation Risk Partners in Orange, CA is seeking an Associate Account Manager to join the SIP Insurance team. You will handle and process new and renewal commercial lines business and address claim inquiries, while pursuing cross-sell opportunities from the existing book of business and supporting internal client service representatives.

The role requires strong initiative, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of commercial lines underwriting and policy administration.

Qualifications

• Self-starter with initiative, creativity and strong verbal and written communication.
• Solid understanding of commercial lines underwriting, coverages and policy administration.
• Proficient data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Input customer applications into agency management systems and rating apps.
• Assemble applications, loss runs, photos, and documents for carrier submissions.
• Review policies for accuracy; advise when premiums increase 10% or more.
• Monitor renewals to ensure policies are renewed, rewritten, or remarketed.
• Respond to client and carrier inquiries and issue documents accordingly.
• Maintain suspense and track outstanding orders and follow up as needed.
• Coordinate carrier interactions and update policy changes in systems.
• Handle routine correspondence between carriers, agency, and clients.
• Follow agency E&O guidelines and keep files organized.
