Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be willing to obtain Property & Casualty License and/or Health & Life License within 12 months of hire.
• Previous administration and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and technical support to Account Managers while learning insurance operations, client service, and agency procedures.
• Process renewals, endorsements, certificates of insurance, and policy changes.
• Review and distribute incoming claims information; evaluate for closure or transfer opportunities.
