Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to travel by automobile and aircraft.

Responsibilities

• Respond to routine client inquiries and maintain documentation of communications and resolutions.
• Prepare written correspondence and contact underwriters as requested by senior staff.
• Review and process policies and endorsements for accuracy of coverage and form completion.
• Assist in renewal processes by gathering enrollment and benefit reports.
• Enter data into the data management system and audit for accuracy.
