Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience.
• Up to three years of Client services experience required.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills required.
• Ability to attend continuing education and industry training sessions.
• Ability to comply with policies and protect confidentiality of client information.
• Ability to organize work and meet deadlines.
• Legally able to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Responds to routine client inquiries and documents communications.
• Prepares correspondence and calls underwriters as directed by senior staff.
• Reviews policies and endorsements for accuracy of coverage and forms.
• Assists renewal processes by gathering enrollment and report data.
• Supports client communications and prepares employee bulletins as needed.
• Maintains client records and assists with invoicing and billing research.
