Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care and administer medications per individualized care plans.
• Observe residents and report condition changes to physicians and supervisors.
• Document observations, interventions, and medication administration accurately.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, physicians, and families.
