Job summary

LakeHouse Senior Living is seeking a Caring Care Giver and Medication Tech staff member to support residents in Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care communities across Indiana. You will monitor residents, assist with daily living activities, and maintain cleanliness and safety throughout shifts.

The role requires CNAs with CMA certification, CPR and First Aid, and prior experience with seniors.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aide certification required.
• Qualified Medication Aide certification required.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• CPR Certification required.
• First Aid Certification required.
• Previous experience working with seniors.

Responsibilities

• Care for a designated group of residents during the shift and check on them regularly.
• Observe, report and document symptoms and changes in residents’ condition.
• Respond to security systems and resident call bells promptly.
• Assist with continence management and sanitation.
• Serve and collect food trays and report meal refusals or appetite loss.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and work areas.
