Job summary

LakeHouse Senior Living is seeking a Care Giver to support residents in Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care settings. You will monitor residents, document changes, assist with daily activities, and ensure safety and dignity.

Ideal candidates have a CNA or similar certification, CPR/First Aid, and prior experience with seniors. 18+ required; on-site position with flexible shifts and a commitment to compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aid certification preferred.
• High School diploma/GED.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for a designated group of residents during the shift and checks on them throughout.
• Observes and documents residents' symptoms and conditions and changes in care needs.
• Responds promptly to security systems and resident call bells.
• Notifies supervisor if a resident requires increased care.
• Assists with continence management and sanitation of resident suites.
• Maintains cleanliness of resident rooms and work areas.
• Supports residents with activities of daily living and life skills.
• Engages residents in life enrichment activities and greets all customers and guests.
