Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in Indiana as a QMA with insulin certification and maintain current licensure.
• Provide medication administration per physician orders and professional standards.
• Assist with activities of daily living including hygiene, meals, mobility, and comfort.

Responsibilities

• Set up and administer resident medications per orders.
• Provide personal hygiene such as baths, grooming, and toileting support.
• Assist with activities of daily living including meals, ambulation, and mobility.
• Monitor vital signs and weight; record intake/output; report changes.
