Job summary

Georgetowne Place in Fort Wayne, Indiana, is seeking a licensed QMA with insulin certification to administer medications and assist with daily living activities in Independent, Assisted Living, and Memory Care settings.

The role focuses on resident comfort, monitoring vital signs, and supporting CNAs under professional standards; you will help with meals, hygiene, mobility, and reporting changes to the care team.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in Indiana as a QMA with insulin certification and maintain current licensure.
• Provide medication administration per physician orders and professional standards.
• Assist with activities of daily living including hygiene, meals, mobility, and comfort.

**Eligibility based on location

• You will be responsible for setting up and administering resident medications as ordered by physicians and per professional standards of medication administration, and may supervise CNAs as directed
• Provides patients' personal hygiene by giving bedpans, urinals, baths, backrubs, shampoos, and shaves; assisting with travel to the bathroom; helping with showers and baths
• Provides for activities of daily living by assisting with serving meals, feeding patients as necessary; ambulating, turning, and positioning patients; providing fresh water and nourishment between meals
• Maintains patient stability by checking vital signs and weight; testing urine; recording intake and output information

Qualifications:

• Must be licensed in Indiana as a QMA with insulin certification, and must maintain current and unencumbered licensure
