Job summary

Experience Senior Living LLC. seeks a dedicated Medication Assistant to support residents with medication reminders, administration, and care in a compassionate, regulated setting. This role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and timely communication with health staff.

You will maintain digital records, assist with resident needs, and participate in room checks while adhering to state guidelines and company standards. A strong commitment to resident well-being is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Medication certification as required by state guidelines.
• First Aid and CPR certification if required by state law.
• ESL medication competency upon hire as required by state regulation.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication reminders and/or assistance per state regulations.
• Administer medications as allowed by state guidelines.
• Order and receive medication and ensure availability.
• Maintain resident records in digital platform daily (medication, incidents, observations).
• Respond promptly to resident requests for assistance; monitor safety and well-being.
• Communicate changes to Director of Health and Wellness or Wellness Nurse on duty.
• May perform other duties as needed and/or assigned.
