Job summary

TruTeam is seeking aSales Consultant in Livermore for selling insulation and building products to residential and light commercial accounts. You will identify prospects, make daily sales calls, present proposals, and manage accounts from initial contact to project completion.

The role emphasizes building trusted relationships and meeting monthly sales targets. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in building products sales, are motivated, and possess a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 3+ years sales experience in building products/construction.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective customers and generate and follow up on leads.
• Conduct daily sales calls, provide proposals, generate new business leads and manage accounts.
• Provide product knowledge and expertise to customers, recommending materials and services based on customers’ needs.
• Meet monthly sales targets.
• Communicate safety programs to customers at sale inception by inspecting job sites for safety concerns.
• Manage customer experience from initial sale to project completion.
