Job summary

TruTeam is seeking installers to join our energy-efficient insulation and building materials team in the New York area. You will follow work orders, use required tools, and apply safety standards to deliver quality installations on diverse projects.

Local daily travel is required. This role emphasizes reliability, physical stamina, and teamwork, with competitive hourly pay and benefits. Training and career growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Install company products according to work orders, manufacturer specifications, quality, and safety guidelines.
• Review your daily work schedule and ensure truck is loaded with all product(s), tools and equipment for the day.
• Complete vehicle safety and job site inspections.
• Safely unload and stage material at job site.
• Report safety, customer or quality concerns.
• Perform warehouse-related duties as required.
• Any other duty, task or responsibility as assigned.

• Install company products according to work orders, manufacturer specifications, quality, and safety guidelines. Products include insulation, fireplaces, gutters, mirrors and shelving, garage doors, windows, shower enclosures, home wrap and any other products sold by the company.
• Review your daily work schedule and ensure truck is loaded with all product(s), tools and equipment for the day.
• Complete vehicle safety and job site inspections.
• Safely unload and stage material at job site.
• Report safety, customer or quality concerns.
• Perform warehouse-related duties as required.
• Any other duty, task or responsibility as assigned.

Travel Requirements

Local and occasional out-of-town travel required. Daily travel to job sites.

Physical Requirements

This role requires prolonged standing and repetitive motions, including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling. Good hand-eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength are required. The position involves lifting up to 50 pounds, depending on the specific job duties.

Compensation

Salary range: $13.00 - $30.00 per hour. Actual offers depend on location, experience, skills, and market data. This position may also offer variable compensation.
