Job summary

TruTeam is hiring for an installation associate to help deliver energy-efficient insulation and building materials. You will review daily schedules, load trucks, inspect safety and equipment, and unload materials at job sites while following safety guidelines.

This role requires at least 18 years old, a valid driver's license if operating a company vehicle, and willingness to travel locally. Competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

• Install company products according to work order, manufacturer, quality, and safety guidelines.
• Review your daily work schedule and ensure truck is loaded with all product(s), tools and equipment for the day.
• Complete vehicle safety and job site inspections.
• Safely unload and stage material at job site.
• Report safety, customer or quality concerns.
• Perform warehouse‑related duties as required.
• Execute any other duty, task, or responsibility as assigned.

• Install company products—including insulation, fireplaces, gutters, mirrors, shelving, garage doors, windows, shower enclosures, home wrap, and all other products sold by the company—according to work order, manufacturer, quality, and safety guidelines.
• Review your daily work schedule and ensure truck is loaded with all product(s), tools and equipment for the day.
• Complete vehicle safety and job site inspections.
• Safely unload and stage material at job site.
• Report safety, customer or quality concerns.
• Perform warehouse‑related duties as required.

Travel Requirements

Local and occasional out‑of‑town travel as required.

Physical Requirements

The role requires prolonged standing, repetitive motions, and handling of materials. It includes lifting up to 50pounds, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and requires good hand‑eye coordination and hand dexterity.
