Job summary

TruTeam is seeking an Installer to handle end‑to‑end installation of insulation, fireplaces, doors and other home products. You will follow work orders, manufacturer specs, and safety guidelines to ensure quality results on each site.

The role requires being safety‑minded, capable of heavy lifting up to 50 pounds, and willing to travel locally. A valid driver’s license is required if you operate company vehicles, and all duties must be performed in a safe, professional manner.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Safety‑sensitive position; must be able to perform all essential functions.
• Valid driver’s license required if operating a vehicle for company purposes.

Responsibilities

• Install company products, including insulation, fireplaces, gutters, mirrors and shelving, garage doors, windows, shower enclosures, home wrap, and other items sold by TruTeam.
• Review daily work schedule and ensure that the truck is loaded with all required products, tools, and equipment.
• Complete vehicle safety and job‑site inspections, unload and stage material safely.
• Report safety, customer, or quality concerns.
• Perform warehouse‑related duties as required.
• Execute any other duties, tasks, or responsibilities as assigned.
