Job summary

TruTeam in California is hiring for a field installation role supporting energy-efficient insulation and building products. You will install company products per work orders and specs, review daily schedules, perform vehicle safety checks, and unload and stage materials at job sites.

The position requires 18+ years old and a valid driver's license. Local travel is expected. Benefits include medical, dental and vision, 401(k) matching, PTO, and life insurance.

Responsibilities

• Install company products according to work orders, manufacturer specifications, quality, and safety guidelines.
• Review your daily work schedule and ensure truck is loaded with all product(s), tools and equipment for the day.
• Complete vehicle safety and job site inspections.
• Safely unload and stage material at job site.
• Report safety, customer or quality concerns.
• Perform warehouse-related duties as required.
• Any other duty, task or responsibility as assigned.

• Safely unload and stage material at job site.
• Report safety, customer or quality concerns.
• Perform warehouse-related duties as required.
• Any other duty, task or responsibility as assigned.

Travel Requirements

Local and occasional out-of-town travel required. Daily travel to job sites.

Physical Requirements

This role requires prolonged standing and repetitive motions, including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling. Good hand-eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength are required. The position involves lifting up to 50 pounds, depending on the specific job duties.

Compensation

Salary range: $13.00 - $30.00 per hour. Actual offers depend on location, experience, skills, and market data. This position may also offer variable compensation.
