Job summary

TruTeam is seeking an installer to join our team in Fayetteville, NC area. You will install insulation, fireplaces, gutters, mirrors and shelving, garage doors, windows, shower enclosures, home wrap and other products, following work orders and manufacturer specifications while upholding safety standards.

Travel Requirements

Local and occasional out-of-town travel required. Daily travel to job sites.

Physical Requirements

This role requires prolonged standing and repetitive motions, including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling. Good hand-eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength are required. The position involves lifting up to 50 pounds, depending on the specific job duties.

Compensation

Salary range: $13.00 - $30.00 per hour. Actual offers depend on location, experience, skills, and market data. This position may also offer variable compensation.
