Job summary

TruTeam is hiring for an installer role requiring local travel to job sites. You will load products, operate safely, and perform on-site installations including insulation, fireplaces, gutters, and related items.

Responsibilities

• Install company products—insulation, fireplaces, gutters, mirrors, shelving, garage doors, windows, shower enclosures, home wrap, and all other products sold by the company—according to work orders, manufacturer, quality, and safety guidelines.
• Review daily work schedule and ensure the truck is loaded with all product(s), tools, and equipment for the day.
• Complete vehicle safety and job‑site inspections.
• Safely unload and stage material at job sites.
• Report safety, customer, or quality concerns.
• Perform warehouse‑related duties as required.
• Perform any other duty, task, or responsibility as assigned.

Compensation

Salary range: $13.00 – $30.00 per hour. Actual offers depend on location, experience, skills, and market data. This position may also offer variable compensation.
