As an Insulation Installer, you will focus on installing insulation (fiberglass or rock wool batts) in exterior walls and ceilings. Your daily tasks may vary, but the process provides some consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Loading and logging materials onto a truck
• Erecting scaffolding or ladders to the required height
• Cutting insulation materials to size and installing them in frames, ceilings, attics, or crawlspaces
• Installing insulation by stapling, gluing, wiring, nailing, or operating equipment for loose-fill or foamed insulation
• Driving a company vehicle if required, following all driving rules and DOT requirements, and maintaining tools/truck
• Observing job site safety rules and knowing the location of MSDS packets

Role Requirements

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Installation experience is a plus
• Comfortable using standard hand tools
• Able to work in tight spaces, including attics and crawlspaces
• Able to lift at least 50 lbs
• Able to climb ladders and scaffolding
• Able to bend, twist, and turn body at shoulders, waist, and knees
• Able to stand for extended periods
• Bilingual skills are a plus

Physical Demands

This role involves lifting heavy materials, bending, stooping, climbing ladders or scaffolding, stretching, and reaching overhead.
