Job summary

TruTeam in Colorado is seeking installation professionals to install insulation, fireplaces, gutters, mirrors, shelving, garage doors, windows, shower enclosures and related building products according to work orders and safety guidelines.

You will review daily schedules, load trucks with products and tools, perform vehicle and site inspections, unload and stage materials, report safety or quality concerns, and handle warehouse duties as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Valid driver’s license required if operating a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Install company products—including insulation, fireplaces, gutters, mirrors, shelving, garage doors, windows, shower enclosures, home wrap, and all other products sold by the company—according to work order, manufacturer, quality, and safety guidelines.
• Review your daily work schedule and ensure truck is loaded with all product(s), tools and equipment for the day.
• Complete vehicle safety and job site inspections.
• Safely unload and stage material at job site.
• Report safety, customer or quality concerns.
• Perform warehouse-related duties as required.
• Execute any other duty, task, or responsibility as assigned.

Physical Requirements

The role requires prolonged standing, repetitive motions, and handling of materials. It includes lifting up to 50pounds, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and requires good hand‑eye coordination and hand dexterity.
