Pay Range: $20.00 - $45.00

Piece Rate/Square Footage Pay depending on experience.

Role Description: As an Insulation Installer, you will focus on installing insulation (fiberglass or rock wool batts) in exterior walls and ceilings. Your daily tasks may vary, but the process remains consistent.

Key Responsibilities

• Loading and logging materials onto a truck
• Setting up scaffolding or ladders as needed
• Cutting insulation materials to size and installing them in frames, ceilings, attics, or crawlspaces
• Installing insulation by stapling, gluing, wiring, nailing, or operating injection equipment
• Possibly driving a company vehicle, adhering to all driving rules and DOT requirements, and maintaining tools/truck
• Following job site safety rules and knowing the location of MSDS packets

Role Requirements

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Installation experience is a plus
• Comfortable using standard hand tools
• Ability to work in tight spaces like attics and crawlspaces
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
• Ability to climb ladders and scaffolding
• Ability to bend, twist, and turn body parts as needed
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Bilingual skills are a plus
