Position Overview

MCI is a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company that specializes in delivering tailored solutions to meet the diverse needs of our clients. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our remote team. The primary responsibilities include supporting the Executive Assistant, managing administrative tasks efficiently, and prioritizing work effectively.

Position Responsibilities
  • Perform various administrative duties
  • Input and manage data accurately in the company database
  • Maintain up-to-date filing systems
  • Support team-based activities
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Respond to emails and calls
  • Schedule meetings and book travel arrangements
  • Manage contact lists and prepare spreadsheets
  • Create presentations as needed
  • Ensure confidentiality and follow company policies
Candidate Qualifications
  • Experience as a Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant (preferably in a BPO environment)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • High-speed internet connection (20Mbps+)
