Job summary

Bay Insulation Supply of L.A., a division of CWCI Insulation of L.A., Inc., seeks an experienced Sales Account Manager to grow sales of insulation and HVAC products by fostering strong customer relationships and delivering knowledgeable product solutions.

The role involves developing opportunities, closing sales, meeting revenue goals, and supporting marketing and sales programs while traveling as needed to engage customers and expand markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Two years’ experience in Sales required.
• Ability to travel up to 80%.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of new and existing business opportunities.
• Research and identify potential customers and new markets.
• Follow up on sales leads and proactively develop new leads.
• Make regular sales calls and customer visits to build relationships and identify opportunities.
• Establish and maintain industry contacts that generate new business.
• Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, technical developments, and factors affecting target markets.
• Evaluate the marketability of products and services based on customer and technical requirements.
• Work closely with sales support and internal teams to ensure effective communication and follow-through on customer opportunities.
