Job summary

Veolia in North America seeks an Electronics Technician to install, maintain, calibrate and troubleshoot instrumentation across water and waste systems. You will work with control systems, read schematics, and use calibration tools to ensure accurate process monitoring and control.

The role emphasizes safety, documentation updates, and collaboration with engineers and vendors to start up and tune new systems while supporting ongoing plant operations.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Electronics Technology from an accredited technical college or demonstrated ability.
• 1–3 years of experience in the electronics technology field.
• Ability to read schematics and process/control drawings; use calibrating equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, calibrate, troubleshoot, repair, and overhaul instrumentation.
• Follow safety rules and report unsafe conditions.
• Work with control systems (PLC/DCS) and related peripheral equipment.
• Use test equipment and configure control system logic and interfaces.
• Update operating and maintenance documents and repair records.
