Job summary

Veolia in North America is a leading environmental services company serving water, waste and energy needs across the region. The role focuses on installing, maintaining and repairing process instrumentation at treatment facilities with stringent safety standards.

The technician will calibrate sensors, read schematics, work with PLCs/DCS, and collaborate with engineers and vendors to start up and optimize control systems. A valid driver’s license and technical training are required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in electronics technology or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in electronics technology.
• Ability to read schematics or PI&D drawings.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, calibrate, troubleshoot and overhaul control instrumentation.
• Work with PLCs and DCS systems and related hardware.
• Follow safety rules and report hazards in performance of duties.
• Update operating and maintenance documents and records.
