Job summary

Par Pacific Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Mechanic (Instrumentation Tech) at our Tacoma refinery to repair instruments and analyzers and support multi-craft maintenance teams.

The role requires journeyman skill in instrument troubleshooting, experience with gas analyzers and distributed control systems, and the ability to progress through higher classifications with the Maintenance Department. Union-represented (USW).

Qualifications

• At least three (3) years' experience and journeyman skill level in instrument troubleshooting and repair in an industrial maintenance environment.
• In-depth experience with distributed control systems required.
• Experience/calibration and troubleshooting of gas analyzers a plus.

Responsibilities

• Repair of instruments and analyzers throughout the refinery.
• Repair or assist other multi-craft mechanics in the routine maintenance of other refinery equipment.
