Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Instrument Technician to support a pharmaceutical client in a highly regulated environment. The role involves calibration, adjustment, troubleshooting, and maintenance of instrumentation across manufacturing, laboratory, and facility operations.

Monday through Friday day shifts offer a stable schedule. You will document in the metrology database, communicate progress to customers, generate certificates, and coach on-site calibration.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school with 2–3 years of related experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more and meet physical requirements.
• Experience with metrology principles and calibration procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced calibrations and adjustments for calibration devices across multiple disciplines.
• Maintain calibration documentation in the metrology database.
• Communicate progress to customers and resolve issues.
• Generate certificates of calibration or out-of-tolerance reports as required.
• Coach staff on on-site calibration at customer locations.
• Support ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation maintenance and compliance.
• Select and apply appropriate measurement procedures and suggest improvements.
