Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, systems, or instrumentation equipment.
• Excellent customer-facing communication and relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical support for ABB's Instrumentation Portfolio including startup, troubleshooting, maintenance, and issue resolution.
• Deliver remote and on-site field service support for deployments and readiness.
• Own incidents and escalations with timely status updates and root-cause analysis.
• Build strong customer relationships as a trusted technical advisor and provide training.
• Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, Product Management, Logistics, Sales, and Services.
• Document knowledge, develop self-service content, and suggest product enhancements.
