Responsibilities

• Support product portfolio activities by gathering customer feedback and monitoring market trends.
• Maintain product knowledge on specifications, configurations, and industry standards.
• Contribute technical recommendations for product updates and new offerings.
• Resolve issues by coordinating with Sales, Engineering, Service, and Quality.
• Provide technical sales support including quotations and customer meetings.
• Assist with product launches, training, and sales materials.
• Collaborate to address quality concerns and ensure compliance with ABB standards.
