Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of experience as an instrument processor or Surgical Technologist.
• CRCST or CSPDT certification required within 6 months of hire, or must obtain it within 6 months.
• Proficiency in sterilization/high level disinfection and instrument tray standardization.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities between Operating Room and Sterile Processing to ensure smooth case flow.
• Oversee decontamination, assembly, sterilization and distribution of surgical instruments.
• Procure, organize, and standardize instrument trays across the Enterprise.
• Support process improvement and maintain high standards of patient safety.
