Job summary

Torrey Holistics seeks an experienced Instrumentation & Electrical Controls Engineer to support reliability, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of automated production and bottling equipment.

The role requires hands-on work with Allen-Bradley PLCs, control systems, SCADA, VFDs, servo drives, instrumentation, and process controls to reduce downtime and optimize performance. Collaboration with maintenance, engineering, and operations is essential for preventive maintenance and asset care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline required.
• At least two years of instrumentation, electrical maintenance, or automation experience.
• Experience with Rockwell/Allen-Bradley control systems and PLC troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and interpret Allen-Bradley PLC code within the Rockwell environment.
• Diagnose, repair, test, calibrate, and adjust instrumentation and control equipment.
• Support SCADA, DCS, and HMI interfaces and production control screens.
• Read electrical schematics, P&IDs, loop diagrams, and control narratives; document actions.
