Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking an experienced Instrumentation & Electrical Controls Engineer to support the reliability, troubleshooting, maintenance, and continuous improvement of automated production and bottling equipment. You will work hands-on with Allen-Bradley PLCs, Rockwell control systems, SCADA, VFDs, and instrumentation across a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience in electrical/controls engineering.
2+ years in industrial instrumentation, electrical maintenance, or automation.
Experience with Rockwell/Allen-Bradley control systems and PLC troubleshooting.
Experience with SCADA, DCS, and HMI in manufacturing environments.
Familiarity with electrical schematics, loop diagrams, P&IDs, and control narratives.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and interpret Allen-Bradley PLC code within Rockwell environments.
Diagnose, repair, calibrate, and adjust instrumentation, circuits, and control equipment.
Support sensors, instrumentation, and process control loops across production lines.
Troubleshoot bottling and packaging equipment, conveyors, and labelers.
Optimize SCADA, DCS, and HMI interfaces; improve operator screens and production interfaces.
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance; maintain CMMS records and parts inventories.
Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and operations teams to improve reliability and safety.
