Job summary

Torrey Holistics in Alabama seeks an experienced Instrumentation & Electrical Controls Engineer to support the reliability, troubleshooting, maintenance, and continuous improvement of automated production and bottling equipment.

You will diagnose Allen-Bradley PLCs, Rockwell control systems, SCADA, HMI, VFDs, servo drives, and process instrumentation; perform preventive maintenance; optimize control loops; and collaborate with maintenance, production, and operations teams to reduce downtime and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline or equivalent work experience.
2+ years of industrial instrumentation, electrical maintenance, controls, or automation experience.
Experience with Rockwell Automation/Allen-Bradley control systems and Allen-Bradley PLCs.
Experience with SCADA, DCS, HMI, or industrial control systems.
Familiarity with electrical codes, lockout/tagout, and safe electrical work practices.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and interpret Allen-Bradley PLC code within Rockwell environments.
Diagnose, repair, test, calibrate, and adjust instrumentation and electrical circuits.
Support pressure, temperature, flow, level, proximity, and detection instrumentation.
Troubleshoot bottling/packaging equipment and sensors.
Optimize SCADA, HMI, control loops, and production interfaces.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and SAP or CMMS data.
