Job summary

Seaboard Energy seeks an Instrument & Electrical Technician to join a collaborative maintenance team. You will install, maintain, and repair plant instrumentation and electrical equipment, respond to on-call needs, and document equipment data files to support plant wellbeing.

Responsibilities include calibrating sensors, maintaining motors and DCS/PLC systems, and writing work orders in line with safety rules.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; higher degree preferred in related field.
• Petrochemical experience preferred.
• Ability to read/write effective reports and business correspondence.
• Oral presentation skills must be effective with all levels of management.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures for safe maintenance of all plant equipment.
• Record calibrations in equipment data files.
• Calibrate and repair PH sensors, and pressure/temperature/flow transmitters.
• Maintain plant AC motors and motor control.
• Maintain Allen-Bradley DCS system and PLCs.
