Job summary

Hexcel is seeking an Instrumentation & Electrical Technician for our Decatur, AL facility. The hourly wage range is $39.35 to $44.90 per hour, with opportunities for pay progression as you contribute to maintenance and reliability initiatives.

• Journeyman instrument technician or electrician with proficiency in both areas.

• Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and calibration of electrical / instrument equipment and systems.
• Follow industry best practices, applicable codes/regulations, and/or plant standards (where available) for all work activities.
• Communicate and work effectively with operators, engineers, other maintenance technicians, and supervision.
• Provide design input and feedback about new or modified equipment / systems.

Role Summary
