Hexcel is seeking an experienced and hands‑on Instrumentation & Electrical (I&E) Maintenance Supervisor to lead and develop a team of skilled technicians supporting a complex chemical manufacturing operation. This role is ideal for a technical leader who is passionate about developing people, strengthening technical expertise, and improving equipment reliability.
The I&E Maintenance Supervisor will serve as a working supervisor responsible for providing technical leadership in instrumentation, electrical, automation, and process control systems while developing the capabilities of the maintenance workforce. The successful candidate will focus on mentoring technicians, strengthening troubleshooting skills, building accountability, and contributing to a culture of safety, reliability, and operational excellence. Success in this role requires a combination of strong technical expertise, leadership presence, hands‑on involvement, and a commitment to building a highly skilled and engaged I&E team.
