Phillips 66's Billings Refinery is seeking an Instrument and Electrical Craftsman to perform preventative, predictive and routine maintenance on critical control valves, transmitters, motors and instrumentation. You will troubleshoot issues and work independently or with teams to maximize equipment reliability.
The role requires climbing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and willingness to work overtime, with safety as a priority under the HSE system.
The Instrument and Electrical Craftsman, Billings Refinery works independently and with others to perform preventative, predictive and routine maintenance tasks. They troubleshoot issues, repair failures of production and facilities equipment, and ensure maximum equipment efficiency and effectiveness.

Hourly pay is determined by the Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position has a starting hourly pay of $43.12 to $50.27, depending on demonstrated skills. Once training requirements for fully qualified Craftsman pay are achieved, the pay rate will be $54.11. This position has a 7.5% VCIP cash bonus target. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
