As an Associate Scientist, Process Integrity in our Energy Research & Innovation organization, you will join a team that provides technical support to the business to keep Phillips 66’s refining, midstream, and renewables assets running reliably. You’ll support forensic analysis, troubleshooting, and reliability work that helps sites diagnose failures, protect equipment, and maintain product quality. Working closely with experienced project leads, you’ll execute well-defined investigations, generate high-quality data, and build the technical foundation to grow into a subject-matter expert over time.
This is an entry-level role designed for someone who is dependable, coachable, safety-focused, and eager to learn. You’ll take ownership of assigned work, communicate clearly, and deliver reliable results that project leads and business stakeholders can act on with confidence.
This position has a base salary range of $96,300 – $117,700.
