Job summary

SoulCycle is seeking an Instructor Talent Coordinator to support day-to-day operations across Talent Acquisition, Training and Development. This full-time role is based out of our Headquarters in NYC and reports to the Sr.

Manager, Instructor Training & Development. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication with team members and senior management.
• Experience leading or coordinating projects or teams is a plus.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and MS Office.
• A passion for fitness or SoulCycle is a plus.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and drive improvements.
• Demonstrates urgency and fast turnaround on assignments.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project workflows across talent acquisition, instructor training, and format initiatives, ensuring timelines and stakeholder communications stay on track.
• Coordinate cross-functional partnerships with Talent Management, People, Operations, PR, and Marketing.
• Oversee scheduling, logistics, and administration for auditions, training workshops, seminars, drills, and events (virtual and in-person).
• Maintain department tools, platforms, and inboxes (Smartrecruiters, Spark Hire, Soul-R) with data accuracy.
• Track payroll, expense reports, and offer status to relevant teams as a reliable point of contact.
• Support curriculum development and regionalized program design with senior leadership.
• Assist with candidate pipeline management, instructor onboarding, and pass-off processes.
• Support development and rollout of new class formats and innovative programming to expand SoulCycle's schedule.
