Job summary

SoulCycle Inc. is seeking an Instructor Talent Coordinator to support day-to-day operations across Talent Acquisition, Training and Development from our NYC headquarters. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; experience with cross-functional collaboration is valued.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end talent acquisition and instructor training workflows.
Coordinate cross-functional partnerships with Talent Management, People, Operations, PR and Marketing.
Oversee scheduling, logistics for auditions, training workshops, seminars, drills, and events; virtual and in-person.
Maintain department tools and inboxes (Smartrecruiters, Spark Hire, Soul-R).
Track payroll, expenses, and offers; serve as a reliable cross-department information hub.
Support curriculum development and regionalized program design with senior leadership.
Assist with candidate pipeline management, onboarding, and pass-off processes.
Support new class formats and innovative programming to expand SoulCycle's schedule.
