Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking caring, professional instructors to support students with Autism and developmental disabilities in Chicopee and West Springfield.

You will provide direct classroom assistance, help implement ABA strategies, and work toward students’ communication, social, and independence goals. You’ll collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team while documenting progress and maintaining a safe, inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal abilities, reliability, compassion, and adaptability.
• Availability: 40-hour work week, M-F, 8-hour days with a 30-minute unpaid break.
• Age 18+ and a current U.S. driver’s license.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant ABA/education credentials valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct classroom support to students aged 3–21 with Autism and developmental disabilities.
• Assist in implementing intervention strategies and ABA-based goals.
• Support lead teachers with IEP implementation and progress documentation.
• Document student progress and collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team.

Full-Time Instructor Opportunities in Chicopee and West Springfield

40 hrs = (M-F, flex-start between 7am-8:10am, 8 hour shifts plus 30min unpaid midday break)

1 mandatory morning meeting per week at 7am or 7:40am

Make a real difference in the lives of children and adolescents (ages 3–21) with Autism and developmental disabilities! As a Teacher Assistant/Paraprofessional/Instructor, you’ll provide direct classroom support, implement intervention strategies, and help students build critical skills using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Your Impact

• Assist students with personal care and behavioral interventions.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.

What You Need

• Age: 18+
• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred
• License: Current and valid U.S. driver’s license
