Job summary

The role requires collaboration with the Dean for Instructional Excellence, development of professional learning opportunities, and ongoing evaluation of courses and technologies, with regular campus presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, educational technology, or related field from a recognized institution.
• Master’s degree in instructional design is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of learning theory and instructional design models.
• Experience evaluating courses using instructional standards and accessibility rules.

Responsibilities

• Support faculty in developing new courses and revising existing ones.
• Contribute to quality assurance checks before each semester begins.
• Design and offer professional development for faculty to enhance instruction.
• Research and propose emerging technologies to support teaching and learning.
• Participate in special projects as assigned and maintain campus presence.
