University of Central Florida in Orlando seeks an Instructional Learning Designer to support the COM Educational Technology team. You will manage LMS administration, provide instructional design support to COM faculty and staff, and deliver technology training for faculty, staff, and students.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant experience; or High School Diploma and 6 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla. Stat. 112.219(6).
• Experience with learning management systems (Canvas, etc.)
• Proficiency with web development (e.g., HTML/CSS, JavaScript, API).

Responsibilities

• Provides front-line educational technology and multimedia support across classrooms and digital environments.
• Supports a wide range of applications, devices, and software (e.g., iPads, LMS, polling tools, surveys, evaluations).
• Offers technical guidance on instructional technologies (e-learning, lecture capture, videoconferencing, multimedia).
• Responds to priority technical incidents as needed.
